Frame member joint conditions are meaningful only for 2-D and 3-D frame analysis. Frame members are basically connected rigidly with other members at their joints. But some of them may be pin- jointed. The state of member connection can be defined as member joint condition sets and assigned to corresponding members. In order to start assigning member joint conditions, choose "Element Joint" item from menu. Then, "Member Joint" dialog box appears on the screen.
